What is POT?

So why do conservatives not support the rights of the states to decide the medical marijuana issue? Is it that they support states’ rights only when it suits their political agenda?

I am not a pot smoker, but I believe the people have the right to decide which drugs doctors may prescribe.

i’m 33 and my husband of 4 yrs. is 51.my husband has 2 boys from his ex,which the20 yr. old hates me.the other one only wants stuff from me. his family always has to bring up the ex,even thou they all say they couldn’t stand her.they even call me her name time to time. other than that,i fight with him to bath,brush his teeth(don’t ever brush).he works hard and clears 600 a week. i never see a penny and he’s always broke. he’s an ex pot smoker,stopped 3 yrs. ago? do i make upsumtions? that and he can’t take his eyes off every woman or young girl.makes me sick. 14-50 don’t mater too him. what should i do i’m tired of living this way

My wife and I have been married for 10 years and last night we fought over some money issues (we are in major debt) and are currently going thru debt councilling. My wife says she does not love me any longer and thinks that I am a bad father (which breaks my heart because I love my boys with all of my heart). I know I haven’t been the best at earning a living ( no education) and have been out of work for a few months during our relationship but I dont think that constitutes me a bad father. She said some things to me that I dont know if I can ever forgive her for. I have been a pot smoker for 25 years and currently have been clean for 11 days.
I have for many years denied that it was a problem but now I have seen the light and will do what ever I can to rectify that problem. My wife like to pick fights in front of the kids which I think is totally unfair?? I am scared to leave which is what she wants me to do. She wants a divorse and i am considering leaving. I am lost and confused.
We have been fighting for years now. Should I accept what she says and take full blame. She wanted to controll all of the financing since we have been married. I have 2 credit cards that I use and she has 10. In her eyes I can not fold laundry right or load the dishwasher correctly and any thing I said in the past was wrong in her eyes. I let her take control not because I was weak but because I truly thought she wanted too do it and handle it better than I could after all she is college educated and better organized. She always made me feel below her and her family. I grew up in Brooklyn new york and was poor growing up, I feel I did ok for myself considering my backround. I wish things did not get this far and I truly wish I could fix it. My wifes pride is too strong to seek councilling. I sometimes feel like ending it all but my children keep me going.
I have not done anything but pot. My wife also knows that I have quit and long I have been doing it and her answer to me was to late. She does not support me but almost makes it seem like she wants me to go back to it so she can use it against me. I admit that when we fight I will respond to her viciously too. All I wanted from her is to support my choice to quit but I guess she really does **** me.

Every time I watch cops, alcohol is involved. Everyone gets violent when they get drunk. When people are drunk, they go drive and kill people. I’m not saying it should be legal to smoke and drive, but in EVERY way possible marijuana is safer than drinking. If anything should be illegal it should be alcohol. I am a seasoned pot smoker and it is not a gateway drug. The only way it could be misconstrued as a gateway drug is people cant get ahold of it and they think trying meth or ***** can do the same thing. Pot is completely natural and made by god. Alcohol is made in a lab like meth is made. It seems like the government wants people to get drunk and go crazy. Am I just crazy or is anyone else with me on this. And if you have never smoked pot, please dont get all defensive and drunk yelling at me.

Also, I got pulled over on my way to work one day. The officer said that he smelled pot in my car so I told him that I just got done smoking on my way to work. he gave me a roadside sobriety test, took my weed and pipe, gave me a ticket for possession, paraphernalia, and improper lane usage and told me to go on my way. Went to court and they dropped the possession charge and charged me for paraphernalia and defective head light. $116 fine in total. The cops and court system seemed to not care that I smoke pot at all. If I had admitted to having a beer instead of getting baked I would have gone to jail for sure. What are your thoughts.
sure the government can control it, if they grow it. there is no difference between making tobacco and Marijuana and selling it, except for all the poison and UNNATURAL ingredients shoved in cigarettes. And Marijuana is not addictive, the urge to feel good is addictive. Maybe since GOD made pot, we are supposed to like it. Im not a rocket scientist or anything but I have common sence.

My 17 year old sister has absolutely nothing going for her right now. She’s been successful in being kicked out of nearly every alternative high school program our town has to offer. Why? Because she simply refuses to attend - she was even too lazy to show up once a week to meet with her instructor while she was doing independent studies. My parents and I try to help her with job opportunities but she refuses to follow through and even fill out an application. It’s always “I’ll do it tomorrow”. She wakes up every day between 1-3pm, and basically “hangs out” with friends. Sometimes she comes home at night, other times she will stay out without contacting home. She has been an on-again-off-again regular pot smoker and drinker since she was 14. I am currently working full time while living at home after graduating college two months ago, and I **** to see how helpless my parents are in this situation. It’s hard on our whole family. Any advice?
She turns 18 in a few weeks, and my parents know that at that point, they no longer have to be responsible for putting a roof over her head. However, they are heartbroken at the thought of putting her out without job, education, car, or a dime to her name. They’ve tried stripping her room of everything except a mattress, pillow and blanket, but she always seems to improve for a few days and gets all the items back. They have taken away her house key, locking the door if she’s not home by curfew, but this just ended up encouraging more nights away from home. They are fresh out of ideas, and I know they would never turn to the internet, so I am here to gather ideas. Thanks all.
To answer someone’s question, my parents do not give her any spending money. Yes, they provide her with a home, food, water, etc, but she mooches off friends for things like pot, booze, junk food, and movies.

My parents even offer to take her to the mall for new clothes (she has none), but she would rather wear the same ragged sweat pants and hooded sweatshirts each day. It’s really hard to find something that will entice her to change because she really isn’t passionate about anything. *sigh*.

Age 16, weight 160-165 pounds (mostly fat), I dont drink alcohol or soda or anything other than water but I’m an ocassional pot smoker. I eat a lot of sweets but I dont overdo it on portion sizes and I work out twice a week (I cant work out at school every day).

Am I healthy?

Soo, I have to take a drug test this up coming Tuesday and i am a pot smoker but the last time i smoked was this past weekend, so one of my co-workers told me that he used to be a big pot head and that he used Goldenseal Root supplements from GNC to pass several drug tests. He said that he would stop smoking 3 days before the drug test and start taking Goldenseal and pushing water. So i got some yesterday and started taking them today. Has anyone used this method? I’d just like to make sure.

i am not a pot smoker but on january 19th i took 2 chronic hits and ate a weed brownie.now on feb 7th i took a drug test but a week before the drug test i drank a **** load of cranberry juice do you think i came out clean?????????????????
