What is POT?

I don’t have much of a green thumb. My contractor will add mulch and a few basic green bushes. How can I beautify the landscaping. The home will be complete in 4-8 weeks, but I can plant before then. I love perenials, but what else? I can do potted plants, but the in the ground things always seem to die.

Ideas?

We have hundreds of baby hellebore seedlings under the mature ones under two maple trees. We’d love to have lots of them survive to maturity close by in the yard and also under the maples. We seem to have the perfect spot for hellebores and want to add to our crop to enjoy. We assume that all the seedlings will not survive, but are hoping to save as many as possible. The adults are already starting to bloom. Is this a good time to move babies from previous seasons, or should we wait until the end of the blooming season? Please describe how to move them. They are so close together. Do we move an entire clump at a time? Should we use potting soil, soil conditioner, cow manure, pine bark mulch, or what combination? The other hellebores have done great with pretty much benign neglect, but we think the seedlings may need a little more than that to start with. Thanks ever so much. Hope you others are enjoying your hellebores as much as we do ours.

i love poppy seed and seasme seed bagels, but i would love them more if the seeds were on both sides!! if any pastry masters are out there, could you explain why this is!

I have recently separated from my kids father for many many reasons. One is due to him smoking pot. When we first met 5 years ago he smoked every night. Then by the time I fell pregnant with our first daughter he was extremely dependant on the stuff. Smoked even at work on his breaks. In the end he became withdrawn and not the man I fell in love with. But once I was a couple months pregnant with our 1st daughter he cut back and by the time she was born his only smoked when he went out with his mates etc. We have since had another daughter and he started smoking regularly again when I was half way through my pregnancy. He knew I HATED it and didn’t allow it around my kids, not even normal smokes. I have seen a change in him in the last few months, like what he was when we was very dependant on the crap. I haven’t spoken to him about it, no point I can see. He will not listen to what I have to say anyway.
The problem is that he has the kids over night for 2 nights a week. I’m worried that he will smoke when he has the kids. I know he won’t right in front of them, but he will be looking after them when he has. I **** the thought of this happening. He is not himself when he does. I worry about the safety of my babies. He is a great dad though. I know he loves them to bits and wouldn’t harm them purposely.
I told someone this the other day and said that there is something I can do about it. Go to court over it and he has to have a urine test every time before and after having the kids.
I kind of want to do this, but at the same time I don’t. I don’t want this to effect the kids and him seeing them. But I also don’t want him to be doing this while having the kids. And if pot stays in your urine for 3 months he will never be able to smoke if he wants to see his kids. I don’t want him to smoke anyway, but this is none of my business now anyway,only when he has the kids. I personally think he should grow up and start acting like a responsible adult and father figure.
Should I tell him what I want to do, so maybe he will stop and not have to go through with the court thingy?
What would you do?

I would love to know how to plant fruit trees from the stone (pit) of the fruit. I would like to plant a peach, nectarine and granny apple. Can u help? I live in northwestern PA.

Alot of Christians believe smoking pot is super awful, because the US government tells us it is an “illegal drug” and therefore many people of faith find it wrong for this reason. Me, sober, I’m a little numb to feelings, beliefs, and emotions. .I can be really harsh and rude. But when I’m high (only on the mj), I find myself praying, laughing, and giving God credit for alot more than I do when I’m sober. I do crazy things like write the government to stop wars and go out of my way to brighten someone’s day. If THC makes me a less biased, more mellow person, am I a sinner for smoking it? Or should I “stay good and sober” and be less of a better person for it?

Either way, I think I’ll continue to toke and smoke. But I’d love your opinion.
