How much will this flower plant grow? Can a pot be too small?
November 7th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I bought a New Guinea Impatient flower plant and I planted it in a small pot, slightly larger than the plant itself. My mother told me that the pot was too small because the plant is going to grow and without room to spread it will overcrowd and die. Is this true? I guess I am just curious if the plant needs a bigger pot? Or if I leave it in the small pot will its growth just be limited and it will live, or will it overcrowd and die? Any information is appreciated, as I have no knowledge of flowers!

Do you feel that poetry is a sin?

“Come onto my lawn
where we will sample grasses.”
Your smile shyly invites
I said I could not come
But I had lied. I was afraid
“My elegance is
also my napkin.”
Which one is it today?

Which one is it today?
But you became sadly small
and disappeared
I planted a you seed
in this flower pot
and when
you grow again
I will set you free.

Question about indoor bamboo plant?
August 15th, 2009 Posted by: admin
I have a small indoor bamboo plant in a vase of small rocks and water.
The problem is that the leaves are yellowing and it don’t look healthy.
I usually water it with bottled drinking water.
I was told it needs indirect light so that’s what I do.
It hasn’t grown for a long time and I was wondering what to do with it.
Should I plant it in some sand or dirt in a flower pot?
It was really pretty and would like to get it back to better health.
