How do I care for a potted miniature jacaranda tree?

I bought it at a store about a week ago and it seemed healthy and was even flowering, but after a few days at home it is very dry and seems to be dying. I’ve tried putting it inside and outside and watering it every day because it always looks dry…but I’m not sure what else to do.

Well I’ve posted before on how this girl i’ve been dating for pretty much exactly one year now…. who has been seeing, talking too, hanging out, and smoking pot with her ex, pretty much behind and in front of my back. Last night was the last straw…. i called after i got off work… no pick up… so i just assumed she was with her ex cause thats what she always does… ignore me when shes with him. so i pass by her house… and who do i see in her car… her ex waiting for her in her car… they drive back to there place and chilled there tilll late late at night. i haven’t spoken to her yet… but I don’t think i’ll be picking up her phone calls or texts anymore… and if i do pick up i’m just going to say stop calling me… and if she asks why i’ll just simply say… “I’m not happy” … or i could just ignore this whole situation and continue to see her on her terms and just continue to be friends and have ***. What would you do if you were in my shoes?
it isn’t for sure that she has been cheating on me. She does hang out with him frequently and she swears that they didn’t even kiss or anything since i have been with her. But just the thought of her hanging out in his room alone smoking pot and just chillen bothers me.

What are these weird little brown clusters on soil in pot?

I spotted them today in my petunia pot (outside). When I poured water on them they melted a little bit and puffs of smoke started rising from them… what on earth could they be? They look like a colony or something… spores? bacteria?

Why is my lucky bamboo dying?

I had it in just water for about a year, just planted it in soil with miracle grow. Nice drainage pot…now the inside stalks are turning yellow. I thought bamboo was one of the easiest to grow? What do I do now?

What crock pot features / brands would you recommend?

My crock pot / slow cooker will not heat up very much, so I guess it’s time for a new one.
Has anyone recently bought one? Do you like it? What brand and features do you recommend?
I saw a small one that had a divided crock vessel but I am looking for a large one and cannot find a divided one.

What can I plant in pots on my balcony?

I bought some plants last year and some survived but others died (despite the assurances of the shop they wouldn’t).
4 CommentsWhat can I plant that is either evergreen or comes back every year, that doesn’t mind loving in a pot with sun in the afternoon (west facing) and which won’t succumb to frost in winter. The balcony is quite sheltered.
Those that have done well are box, passion flower, lillies, hosta, alium (although not flowering) and those that have died are mimosa and clematis. Any suggestions would be most welcome.

Should I cover my small rosemary plant at night?

It gets down to 10C or 50F, I was wondering if its a good idea to cover the plant with transparent bag or something at night. It is potted, but I don’t want to bring it inside until Winter. It is about 6 inches in height.
