So I think I have to get a blood test to check for mono, but I’m unsure if the marijuana I smoked 3 weeks ago is still in the blood. Is it still detectable and what are my chances of it being fully gone?

Yes its possibly still detectable. Depends on how much you’ve smoked!

It all comes down to how much you smoke and your metabolism.
Since it’s not a drug test, they won’t test for it.

It can stay in your system for 3-90 days after smoking. Since it is not a drug test, they will not be testing for if there is any drugs in your blood. A doctor WILL have to tell you if they are doing a drug test - and even if it is, there isn’t much to worry about.
Good luck, I personally **** blood tests :S

Ok dunno how long dope stays in the system but for mono they will do a full blood count and a mono nucleosis test using a special test card neither of which will show up any signs of drug use directly. In any case hospitals cannot report u to cops without ploive getting a waerant for your sample and unless the y have a reason to get one your sorted
